Professional Installation from the Start
The project began with the preparation and installation of two Lanemark gas burners, including burner positioning, mechanical connections, gas train arrangements and associated combustion equipment.
Each burner installation was completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and the relevant site and safety procedures. Particular care was taken to ensure that all connections, controls and safety systems were correctly installed before commissioning began.
Commissioning and Safety Checks
Once installation was complete, the burners underwent a thorough commissioning process. This included checking the gas supply, burner controls, flame detection and safety interlocks before introducing the burners into operation.
The commissioning process was carried out systematically, allowing each burner to be brought online safely and its operation verified under controlled conditions.
Optimising Burner Performance
With both burners operating, combustion performance was checked and adjusted to achieve the required operating conditions. The aim was to ensure stable flame characteristics, dependable ignition and efficient combustion across the required operating range.
Commissioning is about more than simply getting a burner to operate. Correct adjustment and testing help ensure that the equipment performs consistently, safely and efficiently once it is returned to normal service.
