Gas burner maintenance

All gas appliances should be serviced at least once every 12 months by a competent person. At Premiere Servicing we hold a substantial range of stock for all well-known burner manufacturers generally found in the paint finishing industry such as Lanemark, Comtherm and Ecoflam. From regular service and maintenance, short and long term service contracts and emergency breakdowns, our engineers have the experience and stock enabling us to get your paint plant up and working in the shortest possible time.

In addition to giving your gas burners a complete strip down and clean as part of our servicing we test all plant safety interlocks and measure CO levels, so you can rest assured that your plant operates safely, efficiently and reliably.

Emergency breakdowns

We understand how important it is to our customers to ensure that their paint plant runs reliably and understand that unplanned downtime is both expensive and frustrating. Premiere has multiple teams of qualified engineers with coverage across the whole of the UK. Spray booth servicing

General maintenance is imperative in the paint finishing industry especially for spray booths. Some adhesive or solvent based processes can lead to rapid deterioration to the performance of the plant if it's not correctly maintained. We advise frequent servicing of all types of spray booths to guarantee the plant continues to provide sufficient extraction and all enclosed spray booths remain operating under negative pressure.
