Years of production can take a toll on paint plants with multiple shifts of non-stop production and excessive heat which can potentially cause powder to cure on oven fan impellers. This can lead to imbalances in the impellers and motors, which over time increases the risk of bearing damage.

Dismantling fans to replace bearings and impellers is often labour-intensive and costly. To minimise downtime, replacing the fans entirely is often the best and quickest solution.
