Processes such as the application of powder and liquid based paint in the finishing industry can quickly result in filters becoming blocked and a reduction in the spray booths performance.

In addition to regular servicing we can offer a huge variety of general spares and consumables for your paint plant such as inlet & extract filters, fan belts, motors, and Lanemark FD combustion fan filters.

Critical spares

A large proportion of our customers have paint plants that run production across multiple shifts 7 days a week. Any down time and subsequent loss or production can become extreme costly.

Some specialist parts may be on a several week lead time. It is not practical for us to hold stock of every single part on a large paint plant. For these reasons we strongly suggest holding critical spares for your paint plant.

Using a traffic light system Premiere can generate a critical spares package categorising all essential parts in order of significance.

What spares are classed as critical spares?

Critical spares are spares that are crucial for the operation of your paint plant which can imminently fail without warning.

Typical critical spares would include: fan motors, gas valves, burner controllers, thermocouples, temperature controllers and control circuitry components such as contactors, overloads and relays.

Premiere can carry out a FOC survey and prepare a list of all suggested stockable parts.
