We recently completed an upgrade of a drying and curing oven for a client based in the Midlands.

The project involved the replacement of the gas burners and temperature control systems to improve energy efficiency and precision. In addition, we carried out modifications to the ductwork, fan replacements, and upgraded the over-temperature protection for improved safety.

Over Temperature Protection.

The Omron E5CC series are highly accurate temperature controllers, known for their reliability and precision. Their performance is particularly impressive when used in conjunction with modulating gas burners, where precise temperature is critical for optimal process control.
