Critical Spares

Time is money! If your paint plant is not operating it WILL cause significant operational disruption.

It is not possible for us to stock every critical spare for all our customers and some specialist parts may be on a several week lead time – in the event of a breakdown your plant could be out of operation for several days.

If you stock critical spares we can get your plant up and running in the shortest possible time.

Critical spares are spares that are crucial for the operation of your paint plant which can imminently fail without warning.

Typical critical spares would include: fan motors, gas valves, burner controllers, thermocouples, temperature controllers and control circuitry components such as contactors, overloads and relays.

Premiere can carry out a FOC survey and prepare a list of all suggested stockable parts.
