Service work is generally tailored to individual company requirements. We can carry out an extensive range of work including gas burner servicing, monitoring air flows, checking fan belts, supply and replacement of filters.
The health and safety at work act, COSHH, PUWER, gas regulations and the noise at work regulations all put specific responsibilities on employers who have paint finishing plant.
Our gas safe registered engineers have the experience to attend breakdowns in addition to servicing gas burners, we carry stock in each van for most common burner manufactures in the industry, our engineers are qualified to install and commission new gas appliances with the latest electrical qualifications.
Various types of filters and fan belts are stocked for when we carry out spray booth and oven servicing, a typical service on a spray booth would include, inspecting or replacing extract and inlet fan belts, supplying and replacing inlet and extract filters, carrying out visual inspections, checking the extraction rates, noise levels, lighting levels and greasing fan bearings.
We always recommend that a data log oven calibration is carried out as part of a box oven or conveyorised oven service to check the temperature distribution within the oven.
Service contracts are recommended to ensure that guaranteed service visits are pre-booked.
Our "primary", "enhanced" or "ultimate" service contracts provide superb levels of preventative maintenance scheduling.
Discounts become available on spares to all service contract customers including lower hourly rates and we try to offer all our service contract customers that little extra support and attention in return for their commitment.
